Not probably my best clear but finally soloed this, some mistakes (75% TA 4 times, i dont remember to activate Cosmos S3 to spam S1, next turn luci has dmg fixed buff )= and other little mistakes.

Opus: CA Cap, Pendulum of Supremacy.
Pendants:
Nehan - Ring: Debuff Succes + 9% (Ignore this), TA + 10% // Aetherial: TA: 10%. (Remember: Nehan need a lot of TA bonuses)
Horus: - Ring: CA DMG cap + 11%, Healing + 21% // Aetherial: Stamina +7
Cosmos: Ring: CA DMG cap + 11%, TA 8% // Aetherial: TA 5%
All chars with defense awakening.
